During my search for our holiday to the most beautiful places to stay in France this chambre d'hôtes in Burgundy came by. Chambre d'hôtes Le Château de la Resle run by Johan and Pieter is situated on an estate of six hectares with private gardens containing trees that are more than 150 years old, an orchard with its orangery and a courtyard with an alley of plane-trees. They offer a surprising mix of modern comfort and historic details, original 18th century furniture, design and contemporary art. I hope to visit this great chambre d'hôte in the future.
